Kristen understands the concept of control profit and the forecasting process.
She writes all FOH schedules and adjusts staffing pars based on forecasting and staffs according to school holidays. She also takes a proactive approach to cutting and staffing on shifts to ensure the labor budget is met but doesn’t sacrifice guest services.
Kristen makes smart decisions when running shifts and knows how to think on her feet.
She is the training manager, typically all modules are complete and all campaign quizzes are finished. When assigned a task she completes it without much following up.
Kristen is passionate about doing a good job and always wants to learn. She takes initiative to learn new things and embraces new technology. She is respected by her staff, and everyone loves working with her.
