Darnick joined the Doherty team with the 2013 acquisition as a Line Cook. He was promoted to Supervisor shortly after. Darnick was promoted and started his Manager in Training in 2018.

Darnick has been a huge part of successfully running the kitchen at Applebee’s Okeechobee. He always comes into work with an upbeat attitude ready to tackle the day. Darnick excels at WOW-ing both our guests and our employees.
